Nope... www.mpp.org.np shows a nepali website. I cite:
The Madan Puraskar Pustakalaya (MPP) is the principal archive of books and
periodicals in the nepali language, the mother tongue (or lingua franca) of
a little over 30 million people of South Asia. The Library is a not-for
profit, non-governmental institution that is run by a trust whose members
are eminent men and women of letters of Nepal. In addition to the archival
collection which is at the center of its focus, the Library is well known
for its continuing work in the areas of publishing, education and training.
It also manages two of Nepal's most prestigious literary prizes, the Madan
Puraskar and the Jagadamba Shree.
Just 2 cents,
Andrew

I think the url provided is supposed to be www.mpp.org.np instead of
www.mpp.org which takes you to the "Marijuana Policy Project" where you can
now buy tickets to their party at the playboy mansion.
