[schooltool] Alpha install issue - couldn't import zc

Hello,

I am a language instructor and was trying to set up schooltool for my
personal use. I followed the alpha install instructions and used the script
but I get this error when I try to start the server:

zope.configuration.xmlconfig.ZopeXMLConfigurationError: File
"/home/matt/schooltooltesting/st2006-alpha2/st/etc/site.zcml", line
32.2-32.59
ConfigurationError: ('Invalid value for', 'package', "ImportError:
Couldn't import zc, No module named zc")

Any ideas as to how I can get around this?
